It seems the older us runners get the longer we run...move up the distances to marathon and beyond.  Ive raced every distance from 1 mile to ultra marathon....but after a successful Manchester Marathon my training  (for various reasons) has went backwards and stagnated. So I plan to do something different, buck the trend and train for a 1500 race at the end of August.  Having never trained properly for such a short distance I hope it is the change my running needs..and I hope you follow along!
