About Me



Whilst I have always been sporty, about a decade ago I was very unfit, overweight (110kg to be precise), failed an RAF Fitness Test and needed to change. I started running, within 6 months I was down to 80KG and won the first race I entered! I had a severe case of the running bug!

I have never looked back and running is very much part of my daily life.  I have been fortunate to win many races in North East Scotland and have some PBs I am really proud of;

In 2016 I became a JogScotland Jogleader as I wanted to help people take charge of their lives and make positive changes through running like I did.

Becoming a Personal Trainer seemed like the logical progression to further help people achieve their goals and make healthy lifestyle choices through exercise, fitness and sport.  I get immense satisfaction watching people achieve great things from humble beginnings and I'm so thankful I can help them on their journey. 



I offer a range of services including personal training, small group training, fitness plans, running plans, one to one running sessions/pacing, corporate fitness/running and guided trail runs.  In Summer 2018 I will also be doing BootCamps For and children's fitness activities.
